Lumen integrates network assets, cloud connectivity, security solutions, and voice and collaboration tools in one platform. It serves customers in more than 60 countries. They wanted to improve revenue control at over 100 sites in Argentina. A large number of shared keys were in use. The security vulnerability increased after a lot of copies were made.

Lumen tested and evaluated solutions from different providers with quality tests. After testing, both locally and regionally, Lumen chose our solution because of its quality products and scalability at the Latin American level.
The system combines electromechanical technology, reduced operating costs and the possibility of audit trails.
Centralised administration through the management system, total control of keys, and the ability to mark lost or stolen keys from the system if required.
New installations are now being done in Colombia, Chile and Peru.
The current locking solution is also being used for Lumen’s client’s racks inside the data centers.
For some clients, a sequence lock feature that requires two separate persons to open the lock has been added.
